Double bedroom
A large double bed and its own bathroom, plus a fold-out sofa for a child if you're travelling with little ones.

Slow mornings, forest trails, warm evenings by the fire.
We created Kaba Home as a place to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life — the quiet of the forest, the fresh mountain air, the warmth of the fire, and time spent together.
Inspired by the Rhodopes and the deep, mellow sound of the kaba gaida, we chose natural materials, warm textures and objects that reflect the spirit of the mountains, and combined them with the modern comforts of a mountain home.
Here, mornings begin with views of the forest, days lead to mountain trails and adventures, and evenings bring everyone together around the fireplace.
Kaba Home is our place for those moments when time no longer matters. We want it to be the same for you.

The villa is semi-detached and is reserved for you.

Stoykite is a village at around 1,400 m in the Central Rhodopes — one of those places where winter is the real thing and summer stays cool.
The Stoykite – Snezhanka Peak chairlift is 600 m from the villa, about an eight-minute walk. It's a six-seater with safety hoods: 2,992 m long, 453 m of vertical, and roughly eight minutes to the top. There is both paid and free parking.
At the top, on Snezhanka peak (1,926 m), the upper stations of almost every Pamporovo lift come together — Studenets, Smolyan Lakes, Malina 2 and Arch. Petar Petrov.
Two pistes run back down to Stoykite — No. 12 (3,638 m) and No. 12A (3,591 m).
The road to the villa is cleared through the winter and you can park at the door.
